1.IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is established to develop a system for continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance. It ensures quality enhancement in teaching, learning, research, and institutional practices.

The cell promotes a culture of quality through regular reviews, feedback mechanisms, and implementation of best practices. It also plays a key role in accreditation and quality audits.

2. Anti-Ragging & Sexual Harassment Cell

The Anti-Ragging & Sexual Harassment Cell is formed to maintain a safe, disciplined, and respectful campus environment. It works to prevent ragging and sexual harassment and addresses complaints in accordance with institutional policies and legal guidelines.
The cell also conducts awareness programs and sensitization activities to promote mutual respect, equality, and dignity among students and staff.

3. Placement Cell

The Placement Cell facilitates career opportunities for students by organizing training programs, career guidance, internships, and campus recruitment drives. It acts as a link between students and industry to enhance employability.
The cell also conducts skill development sessions such as resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills training.

4. Internal Complaints Cell (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Cell is constituted to address complaints related to harassment and misconduct in a fair and confidential manner. It ensures a supportive and secure environment for all members of the institution.
The cell follows due process, ensures impartial inquiry, and provides timely resolution in accordance with statutory guidelines.

5. Human Rights Protection Cell

The Human Rights Protection Cell promotes awareness of human rights and ensures the protection of individual dignity, equality, and justice within the institution. It encourages ethical practices and respect for diversity.
The cell also organizes awareness programs, workshops, and discussions on human rights issues and responsibilities.

6. Student Mentoring & Student Personal Counseling Cell

This cell provides academic mentoring and personal counseling to support students’ overall development, well-being, and success throughout their academic journey. It helps students cope with academic stress, personal challenges, and career decisions.
The cell fosters a positive learning environment by offering guidance, motivation, and emotional support. 

7. CDC (College Development Committee)

The College Development Committee (CDC) is responsible for planning, monitoring, and guiding the overall development of the institution, including infrastructure and academic growth. It ensures effective utilization of financial and physical resources.
The committee supports strategic planning and decision-making for sustainable institutional development.
